IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR FOREIGN CITIZENS
Consular section of the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Shanghai will temporally stop to provide consular services (visa issue, legalization, notary service) to foreign citizens from December 24, 2020 to January 10, 2021.
Russian Visa Centre will stop its operation from December 22, 2020 to January 10, 2021.
We will resume operation on January 11, 2021 (on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:15 – 12:30).
